To use a Trauma-Informed approach means to adhere to the principles of safety, trust and transparency, choice, collaboration and empowerment. Being a trauma-informed practitioner is a responsibility and commitment. It requires the practitioner to prioritize emotional and psychological safety above all else. It requires a strengths-based approach by acknowledging wholeness, abilities and acceptance of a person as is. Trauma changes how a person is able to regulate and flow within their window of tolerance and working with trauma requires continuous education about the nervous system and how our bodies hold and process stress. As a practitioner, it is essential to be aligned with the goals of the client, to be agendaless in their approach and to follow the lead of the client, and to always be intentional in creating and holding space for healing.

While working together, we are able to connect either online or in person. It is up to the individual client on how they wish to proceed and it may vary throughout the relationship. My first priority is ensuring the client feels a sense of safety and belonging and has the ability to exercise their own agency.

It is encouraged to purchase the Somatic Stress Release and Breathwork sessions in a bundle. Working with a consistent practitioner over the course of a few weeks or months will bring about a deeper sense of trust and safety in order to build on the healing that we are working towards. There is always the ability to purchase a single session in either modality.
The Holistic Wellness Coaching is offered as a program with multiple sessions included.

The average session for Somatic Stress Release, Holistic Wellness Coaching and Breathwork is an hour in length, but will be tailored to the individual's needs. For breathwork, there is an option of a 30 minute integrative session as well.

The Introductory Offer for Holistic Wellness Coaching provides an overview of all three modalities. This gives the client the ability to begin their wellness journey, while being introduced to body-based healing.
