Recharge your energy and regain balance. In this grounding session, we'll focus on breath practices to center and ground you, no matter how busy life becomes.

  • Session 2: Heart of Gratitude
          December 10th, 7pm

Shift from stress to gratitude, reconnecting with what truly matters. Open your heart and fill it with appreciation for the season's joys and the year's journey.

  • Session 3: New Year Renewal
          December 17th, 7pm

Step into the New Year with intention and clarity. This final session helps you release the old and make space for the new, so you can start 2025 with a fresh perspective and focused vision.

Space In-Person will be on a first come first serve basis, so sign-up early! There is great energy to be shared in person with a group.

As soon as I get the registration email, I will confirm whether or not there

Absolutely! Many people enjoy doing breathwork from a space where they have their own 'comforts' surrounding them. 

We will create a safe space for all participants, whether they are in person or online. Any takeaways will be provided by email, in order to supplement the weekly sessions on your own time.

The 3-part series is available to purchase and join as a package, or you may also join for one or two single sessions. 

I recognize that this is a busy time and there may be other activities going on that will only allow for joining in a couple sessions. There is a single session purchase that can be made as well.

Breathwork is all about having a safe space to enjoy our experience and allow your nervous system to relax. This may include blankets, pillows, a mat, waterbottle, etc. 

I will have a number of items on hand, but if there is anything that will enhance your own experience, please feel free to make it your own and enjoy all the comforts you have.

This is the first series that is being hosted here at Prairie Sky Integrative Health, but there will be more to come!

Beginning in January, I will be hosting two sessions per month on a Sunday afternoon and Tuesday evening. These sessions will be available for purchase as a bundle or at a drop-in rate as well. 

As we move further into spring, there will be a new series opening our bodies up to the new season ahead.

Yes! One to one sessions are available either in person or online and are a great way to connect for individual support.

The energy created in an individual session may be different than that of a group session. The goal of breathwork is to create safety and flow within our bodies, transformation and release may come in different forms and in different ways for each person. We are all unique in our needs and whichever way you choose, I will do my best to support your needs.
